Access to the customer is via e-mail; round the clock communication takes place with all software and development releases made through e-mail. Continuous reviews of specifications and designs are conducted via e-mail between the customer. Additionally regular progress reports are submitted to the customer to be reviewed and discussed during the formal review meetings.
