We have proper review, walkthrough and sign-off process in place and these are carried out at each individual stage of project development life cycle.

The development is carried our using Test Driven Development methodology which make sures that the proper tests are written and reviewed before the actual development of the component.

The testing is carried out as component testing, dev-2-dev testing and integration testing before the final deployment of the product or the solution.

Eximat are in the process of planning and implementing a formal quality management system with a view towards achieving Total Quality Management (TQM). We aim to acquire available certification such as ISO 9002/SEI-CMM as a step in this direction.
